How do I cancel?
In Settings, under your plan, in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you give refunds?
You can cancel before the free trial ends and you won't be charged. If you're a consumer, you can also cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a refund (less a fair amount for days used). See the terms for the details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can download everything at any time. After your plan ends we keep your data for 30 days in case you come back, email you a week before, and then delete it.
Is my data safe?
Every account is sealed off from every other, your Amazon connection is encrypted, bank access is read only, and staff can't see your business data.
Do I need Keepa?
Not for your money side: profit, cash flow, bank, expenses and Amazon owes you work from your own Amazon data. The sourcing tools that read price history (Keepa Filters, Seller Radar, Bulk lookup and Keepa deal hunts) need your own Keepa API key, which is a paid Keepa plan. You can stop Keepa any time from Settings.
