Question 1

Who is LeadVault for?

Accepted Answer

UK Amazon sellers who use FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon: Amazon stores and posts your stock). Whether you buy from shops online (online arbitrage, or OA), buy Amazon's own deals to resell (Amazon to Amazon, or A2A) or buy wholesale. New sellers can switch on Simple mode, which shows fewer screens.

Question 2

Do I need Keepa?

Accepted Answer

Not for your money side: profit, cash flow, bank, expenses and Amazon owes you work from your own Amazon data. The sourcing tools that read price history (Keepa Filters, Seller Radar, Bulk lookup and Keepa deal hunts) need your own Keepa API key, which is a paid Keepa plan. You can stop Keepa any time from Settings.

Question 3

Can LeadVault change anything on my Amazon account?

Accepted Answer

It reads your Amazon data. It only sends something to Amazon when you press a button that clearly says so.

Question 4

Which banks can I link?

Accepted Answer

Monzo links live and read only, so it can never move money. For any other bank or card, upload a statement (a CSV file, or a PDF, which is read on your own device) and LeadVault sorts it the same way.

Question 5

I'm not VAT registered. Does it still work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You answer one question (not registered, standard or flat rate) and every figure, from profit to Amazon's fees, follows it.

Question 6

What does “coming soon” mean?

Accepted Answer

It's being built and tested now. We only show a feature as available once it works for every account.

Question 7

Can my virtual assistant use it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Give them their own login. They can find products and send you leads, and they never see your money, sales or settings.

Question 8

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

In Settings, under your plan, in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
