Terms of service
Version 2026-12-08-draft
Draft: for the owner's review (and a solicitor's) before launch. Anything in [square brackets] is still to be filled in.
Who we are
LeadVault is run by [Company name], a company registered in England and Wales (company number [Company number]), registered office [Registered address]. You can contact us at [Contact email]. “We” means us; “you” means the person or business using LeadVault.
The service
LeadVault is software for Amazon sellers in the UK. It reads your own Amazon Seller Central data (with your permission) to show sales, profit, fees, stock, what Amazon may owe you and your cash flow, and gives you tools for sourcing and managing products. You choose which parts to connect. Some features need other services you pay for separately (for example a Keepa subscription).
Your account
You need an account to use LeadVault. Give us accurate details and keep your password safe. Paid accounts open as soon as the first payment (or free trial) starts. Free accounts are only available through a private invitation from us and open once we approve them; we may decline a request without giving a reason.
Subscription, trial and price
A paid LeadVault plan is a subscription that renews automatically every month (or every year, if you choose the yearly plan) until you cancel. The price, and any free trial, is shown clearly before you pay. If there is a free trial, we take your card details at the start and charge them when the trial ends unless you cancel first, and we email you the day before.
Payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices include any VAT that applies.
If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you. You can cancel before then if you don't want to pay the new price.
If a payment fails
If a payment doesn't go through, Stripe will try again over the following days and we will tell you straight away, in the app and by email. You keep full access for a few days while you update your card. If the payment still hasn't gone through by then, your account becomes read-only (you can see and download your data, but not change it) until the payment succeeds. If payment can't be taken at all, your plan ends.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel online at any time in Settings → Plan, in a few clicks. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel. How it works, and what you get back, is explained in our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. Your legal rights are not affected.
Fair use and API limits
Use LeadVault for your own business. Don't try to break it, get around its limits, reach other accounts' data, or resell it. Automatic limits apply to sign-ins, lookups and our API so the service stays fast for everyone. We may pause access that puts the service or other users at risk.
Your responsibilities
- Your Amazon account and whatever you do on it stay your responsibility, including following Amazon's rules.
- The costs you enter decide your profit figures. Check them: we can only be as accurate as the costs you give us.
- Your prices are your decision. The repricer only changes prices if you switch it on, and only within the floors you set.
- Keep your password and any API keys safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has them.
- LeadVault is a tool, not financial, tax or legal advice.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep LeadVault running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, and it depends on services we don't control (Amazon, Keepa, banks, email, payment and hosting providers). We may improve or change features; if we remove something important you pay for, we will tell you first and you may cancel.
Limits of our liability
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses caused by your own figures, prices or decisions, or by Amazon or other third parties. If you use LeadVault for your business, we are not liable for lost profit, business or opportunity, and our total liability to you in any year is limited to what you paid us in that year. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Suspending or ending your account
You can download all your data and delete your account at any time in Settings → Your data. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or misuses the service, telling you why where we can; if we end a paid plan for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund any period you have paid for and not used. When an account ends, its data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also use your local courts.
